Query regarding CA Final exam form May 2017
Hi friends,
Can certificate of service be signed/attested by a non practising CA?
In my case, my articleship is over and got a doubt whether my friend who is a CA (not in practice) can sign my certificate of service
The form says attestation by principal/member of ICAI with office seal.. That's why the confusion.

you should read it again, it is " Member with membership no./Principal with official seal" , so you can get it signed from Non practicing CA mentioning his membership no.
