Query regarding articleship

yes you can persue your articleship from BOMBAY and you will also have to fill form no. 112

hey sumbody dere to answer ma query..........????/ its damn urgent........

i m a PCC student.joined articleship in sept,2008....bt due to sum misundrstanding....i left my office on 14-07-2010.......n got for no. 109 signed 4m my respective CA n send it to institute 4 termination...but after few days, i came to no abt d amendment of 3rd july, 2009 regarding termination of articleship where dere z written dat firstly,permission of institutre ve to be taken 4 termination.......so i wrote another letter to insititute not to take any action on my form 109 n regarded me as article in  my current firm....bt my CA didnt allow me to join again  n till now i didnt get termination....n few mins back my CA refused to sign my examination form to appear in may,2011 as according to him, i left his office on 14-07-2010.....i ve given two attempts b4.......now wat are d remediez available to me ...............plz sumone reply its damn urgent....
