any one can give idea about training of CA.
Central Govt Employee have passed CA inter, now he want to join training for daily 4 to 5 hrs with his job. CA institure can allow such training.

No they won't allow such exemptions. Working hours are to be strictly followed during the training period. The minimum hours of training have to be complied with...
but , if he fulfill minimum hours.
Yogesh ji it will be very difficult to fulfill all the requirements like u should be dere b4 11 or cant be dere after 7. Therefore in my thot u shud consider to fulfill all the requirements on papers only.
job time is morning 7 to 3 so he can do 3 to 8 daily..
then ca institute can consider this.
