QUERY ON TRANSFER

I want to know that whether i can take transfer or not, if I have to shift from one to another city (JHANSI to GWALIOR) to take care of my grand parents {(as per para 12 of announcement on transfer of articles of ICAI dated 19-05-2009) Termination of articles be permitted on such other justified circumstances as may be deemed genuine by the Council.} as well as study... is this a justifiable ground? I have completed 2 years & 2 months of articleship... PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...
