The term National Holiday includes Republic Day, i.e. 26th January, Independence Day, i.e.
15th August, Gandhi Jayanti, i.e. 2nd October and such other day as may be declared
as National Holiday by the Central Government.
So was 30th September, 2017 as national holiday under the defention of ss-2

Nothing to derieve. Just remember there are only 3 national holidays. Rest there may be gazetted or public or any other holidays
