Hello friends.. I am selected at a very good firm for Ca articleship based on the condition that I have to work there on a loan staff agreement due to lack of vacancy(means I have to register myself with someother CA and then my selection will be finalised.)Also after working there for 3 years I would get a work experience certificate from them. So I want to ask whether working as per this system would affect my future career prospects and any other details that would will help me to work in this system. Thank you.

Depends, working on loan staff basis is very common at top teir firms.

There have been extremely rare instances where firms have repudiated the contract or refused to take articles on loan staff basis once they were registered elsewhere. But they were extremely rare, don't let that deter you.

TR Chadha takes a lot of articles on loan staff basis, many of my friends have joined there this way. It's as good as being registered with them. Definitely go for it!

I've been selected for the same firm on the same condition. I've heard it's a common concept in these firms and I shouldn't worry about the consequences. But the problem is I don't know any practicing CA under whom I can register myself. Can someone please guide me for the same?
