condonation letter for late submission of form 112

condonation letter should be on letter head or plain paper?

condonation letter should be printed or handwritten by emloyer ca?(it can not be handwritten by the article/trainee as l request letter of condonation is from employer to the institute)

condonation letter should have seal of ca or is sign of ca enough?

Dear Ayesha,

There are no formats available for such letter but it should be printed on lettwer head of Ca firm and sign & seal of CA is also necessary

Condonation Letter should be on letter head of CA & signed & seal of Ca is also mandatory & accompanied by Demand draft for late filling.

if the student has completed her articleship in 2011 and is no more article in that firm then ca may not allow this condonation to be on his letter head.He may just sign it on plain paper WITH THE SEAL OF HIS FIRM

DEAR AYESHA I DONT THINK SO THAT ANY CHARTERED WOULD NOT ALLOW TO USE HIS LETTER HEAD TO HIS ARTICLE WHEN IT IS NEEDED BY HIM/ HER.

no need of letter head.. just submit it on plane paper..... with sign & seal of employer..

What vivek said is right one.

No need to write it in letter head of C.A but it should mandatorly signed & attested by the Chartered Accountant.

Coming to the attestation point any one C.A can sign it. (i.e. but comeing to technical point were the articled worked morein number of day's/month's/year's.)

As far as condonation of delay form 112 is concerned

my suggestion is as follows to satisfy icai

write a letter on plain paper stating reason for delay and requesting icai to condone delay adn give particulars of dd no. if any attached , and also provide one more letter from ur employer which will be in his letter head and it will be like your employer acceptance and what student said was true under his seal and signature, And provide if any proof was asked by icai in your case.

It will looks good if you prepare letter format in word format and take a print out and get it signed duly by you and your boss.

So you can go like this as per my knowledge

however there is no prescribed format on how to proceed in this case but concern is we need to satisfy the ICAI
