Query Company incororation

I have received resubmission request as follow "no first name given for the 2nd subscriber in the eform which is untenable". However in PAN card there is only one name which is "JYOTI" which i have mentioned as last name and verify the PAN details in Spice + subscriber details however if i will try to put the "Jyoti" in first name then it is showing validation error. Now the query is how to resubmit the form in the case.
