Query about form 112

hi,

   iam doing my mba,m.com, in diatance along with ipcc.i have cleared my 1st group in may 2011 attempt.my m.com, course have completed in may.due to ipcc exams i did not write tht exams in may.

      My doubt is whether i hAve to inform about that course in form112. i need not attend to classes&my supplementary exams will be held in dec 2011.
