If any unlisted limited company has passed a resolution in its board's meeting to purchase a property, what is the time limit for filing the resolution with registrar?

No such resolution is to be filed with the Registrar
Agree with Mitali,
No Board Resolution is required to be filed with ROC except as provided under section 192(1)(c) i.e. Board Resolution for Appointment of Managing Director.
