hy can u help me... if we pay any exp as on feb 24,2013 in adwAnce... which exp relates to next financial year 2013-2014. this exp is sub to charge by service tax... and service tax deposited as on mar 12,2013... then this amount of service tax accounting in which financial year....??

This amount relates to F.Y.12-13 & also service tax dont have any such effect as TDS

our sugar factory provide to sanjivani s s ltd, mollase tank on rent in march-2013 to augest-13 on Rs-85000/- p.m. (i.e. total rent =510000) is it applicable for service tax or not ?

Yes it is applicable for service tax as your sugar factory might have got registered due to Reverse charge mechanism in Service tax & since it is already registered in ST it should charge ST on rent.

No service tax is applicable amount does not exceed 10 lakhs. Morever the question of reverse charge does not apply as there is no reverse charge in case of rent
