thanks dr but i want to know about absentism means i have taken 15 days leave for my exam so he wrote leave in register and whn i was absent for 1 day he mention absent so my question is whether at the end while calculating entitlement of leave whether absent is considered in leave

But does it really matter?
I mean there very few firms which are complying with the CA Regulations!
And I can very strongly say that almost, in 100% of the cases, Regulation 60 of CA Regulations, 1988 is not followed!!!
Yes, you can avail only 1/6 of the actual period served and the dates of CA exam will not be be considered as a leave.
