Querry regarding transfer from articlship

Dear sir,
I have completed one year and few months of my articleship. but now I wish to take transfer from my present place of work,the reason being that I havent been trained in all fields .My training was restricted to some areas which is not satisfactory.I wish to acquire all basic practical knowledge which are deemed to be known by an articled assistant during his/her period of articleship.since after one year of articlship ,the process of transfer is restricted to certain reasons.So i wish to know whether this will be considered as valid ground for applying for transfer. If no then suggest me with an appropriate solution for my problem.
