while fillin da form there r column regardin weeks of xperience gained in various subjects....
my querry is hw dese weeks r to b calculated....
i spent a total of 300 days doin audit work.(xcludin holidays and sundays)
does dat cums out to b 300/7 weeks
n while calculatin dese days whether da xamination prepration holidays r to b xcluded???
preparation and exam holidays needs to be excluded
and for caluclating the WEEK, it means 5 or 6days a week. make sure about the calucations otherwise ur form will rejected and institute will ask for extra days to work.
year contails 52 weeks and that 52 needs to divide into ur leave n ur area of works.
leave period should match to this caluclation
when u calculate your weeks u just add up the sunday n than divide it by 7 but u hav to exclude all the holidays u have taken whether for exam or for any other purpose. accordingly u enter your work experience. just remember than in each year your total work experience should be 52 or else your articleship ll b extended accordingly
what is the time limit for filling form 108,, my articleship got over on 20th OCT 10 , n the amount of fine i have to pay
