what is quasi capital ? How it works to help us for the sanction of bank loan

Funds, other than paid-up capital and retained earnings, employed in a business and which will remain in a business as permanent capital is called as quasi- capital. Eg. Convertible bond, interest free loan from relatives/friends.
To ascertain the networth and for the purpose of ratio analysis. It help to increase the networth.
In calculation of Networth ,can Quasi Capital included in Capital
