Yes..

GSTR 3B will be filled monthly and GSTR 1 ( Statement of Outward Supplies ) will be filed Quarterly by the taxpayers whose Aggregate Turnover does not exceeds ₹ 5 crore...

Below 1.5 crore turnover it's Qtly & above 1.5 crore its monthly

is monthly for every taxpayer

GSTR3B returns should be filed monthly, what ever may be the turnover.
