Quarterly Return Not Displayed
Due date of filing GSTR4 is 18-97-2019 .But Quarterly Return for Registered Person Opting for Composition Levy GSTR4 not enable in the Dashboard of the GST.Portal till date.What is the Solution.

Now you need to pay tax quartly and file CMP-08 quarterly and only one annual return required to file. Till now CMP-08 not updated on site, so wait for above form.
Any chance to leavy of late fee
Hopefully not bcs it's not our faults it's government problem in updating CMP-08.
