Dear All, I Don't Have my Pan Card & Numbers, Bank has deduct higher side TDS 20% on Fixed Deposit Interest,& as on today date i have issue new pan card, so my question is can i get refund of above mention amount thru income tax return filled.

Dear Mr.Gaurav patel,
First you need to file Income Tax Return and then Income Tax Department will process your return and credit the refund amount to your Bank Account

First ask your bank to revise their TDS return as per your PAN. and issue you TDS certificate!

Bank should revise TDS return mentioning your pan. I.e. Tax credit should be reflected in your 26AS.

You can only get the refund when bank issue the TDS Certificate and You also have to file the ITR then you have to claim the refund
