Qualifying CA

Qualifying CA is a bid deal in itself and its a given,  that members of the ICAI r entitled to a lot of respect worldwide. But what is the ideal age to pass CA? Both in the old scheme (PE1, PE2, Final) as well as the new one(CPT, PCC & Final).

2ndly, who r more preferred in the corporate world(as far as jobs r concerned)?

1. Members who have qualified CA at a young age or
2. Members who had qualified late, but hav gathered experience of a few yrs.

A young and successful CA known to me told me that although there are a lot of people in the market who are professionally well equipped but just cannot move up the ladder because they lack the degree. Its frustrating you know...I think getting the degree is as important as is gaining experience.
Hi Amrita, getting d degree shuld b d first target. 2ndly at which age u wil u get is totally depend on ur luck+ ur hard work(Smart). But one thing i can assure u dat there is minor differance in d market between d students who pass d exams very early nd who pass very late. This i can tel u bcz. iam also a CA iam feeling d same. u need not to worry , u just work hard. feel free to talk at 9953410368.
Thanks for the information. But one of my query remains unresolved. In the current scenario, what is the ideal age to pass CA. In the old as well as in the new syllabus. Thanks a lot.
Hai Amrita i think in the current scenario the student who completes CA at a early stage is more preferable because they will be active to do the work what do u say.
Amritha I feel 23 years is ideal age to pass CA
qualified young ca's only getting more remuneration then the seniors., the reason being they are more active then the seniors, and they know mroe things., than them. however seniors are experienced the juniors are more knowledgible in various fields except audit.
