Quick Summary
If you operate a nil-rated business and are registered under the QRMP scheme, you might receive reminders to pay tax via challan. However, if you have no tax liability, you don't need to make a payment. These messages are often just reminders for QRMP taxpayers, not a mandate to pay if no tax is due. If your turnover is under 5 crore, the QRMP scheme allows for quarterly GSTR-3B filing, unless you've opted for monthly filing. You can adjust your filing frequency at the quarter's end.

No need to pay tax as there is no tax liability.

Messages are only reminder for all persons opting QRMP scheme, not compulsion to pay tax.

If your turnover is less than 5 crore then QRMP scheme is applicable to you from 1st Jan. An option was given to all taxpayers with turnover less than 5 crores to select GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B monthly filing. If you have not selected it then GSTR-3B will be quarterly for you. If you want to change this then you can do this at the end of this quarter. In the current month you need to pay tax by filing PMT-06 under QRMP Scheme
