i got my ICWAI Poastal Coaching registration in 2007 along with CA PCC (already Pursuing B.com 2nd year) later on submitted 112 to the institute for clarification. Institute has given a letter not to study ICWAI until completion of B.com exams.
Later on i have written B.com exams in march 09 and completed successfully and written my ICWAI exams in june 09 as i ve binded to the institute regulations.
At present I ve competed my Articleship Training and submitted my 108 form. Institute has sent a letter that to show the evidence that which either of the courses u ve discontinued and as per that institute can go further.
What is the remedy and What are the consequences.
