I just purchased some stock from faridabad amount of Rs. 4544/- and the seller send the the material without form 38 and form C because i send my know car.
What should i do at the time of filling of return?
In Annexure C, how the purchase is to shown???
Dear According to My Knowledge.
1. Form"38" used for material value above and equal to Rs. 25000/-
2. Seller charged full tax so you can entered in a/c books entry without form "C" or purchase central 5% / 12.5%
Include it in your purchase but you have not mentioned about the state where u r registered? C form'll issue after quarter not attach with movement of goods.
