Purchase return under import

Hiii

Query: If the company which is in the business of Trading of Imported Goods, had import goods from outside India through Port then under what conditions, company can do purchase return of goods outside India which earlier imported without issuing Sales Invoice

defected good can be sent back but whatever customs duty has to be paid 

u can courier also these goods

Raise a debit note and attach bill of entry and invoices. If you could prove that it is the same goods being returned, there is no duty payable. Also you can claim refund of the duty paid on these goods
