Can ITC be claimed for the invoice of March which was not entered in GSTR 3B and GSTR1 for the month of March 2018 in the current month?

What will be the accounting treatment. Since we have booked purchase and ITC in last year and claiming ITC in this year. will there be any impact on accounting entries?

You can claim ITC within 12 months from date of Invoice. this is updated position till i posted this ratio.
