We are renting an auditorium for functions and have GST Registration. Are there any restrictions or limitations for purchasing from unregistered suppliers or purchasing from suppliers under the GST composition scheme?

It is generally not a problem to purchase goods or services from unregistered suppliers or from suppliers who are registered under the composition scheme for GST. However, it is important to note that if you purchase goods or services from a supplier who is not registered for GST, you will not be able to claim ITC for the GST included in the price of the goods or services.
