Quick Summary
While often used interchangeably, 'listed company' and 'public listed company' have distinct meanings within the Companies Act 2013. A 'listed company' refers to any company with securities on a recognised stock exchange. A 'public listed company' specifically denotes a public company whose securities are listed. Private companies, by nature, cannot be listed as they don't offer shares to the public.
No,u can't use interchange both company.. because both have there different meaning I. e. listed company includes all kinds of listed company wheather it's public or private. but public listed company shows specific meaning that only include the public company.
