Public listed company vs listed company

hello all,

can we use public listed company and listed company interchangeable when we writing answers with respect to companies act 2013,

if no, could you please tell me the reason along with an example

No,u can't use interchange both company.. because both have there different meaning I. e. listed company includes all kinds of listed company wheather it's public or private.
but public listed company shows specific meaning that only include the public company.

Section 2(52) –Companies Act, 2013: ―listed company‖means a company which has any of its securities listed on any recognized stock exchange

Private company never be listed because they do not issue shares for public
