what is provisional registration under GST. what is REG FORM No.25 And REG FROM No.6 under GST.

please explain

It's not for New Registration...

It's to Migrated dealers from VAT & Service Tax.

Migrated Taxpayer get the provisional registration certificate under form Reg-25
But the original Certificate for registration as per rule 2 is under form REG-6

Yes, tax payers migrated from service tax and vat regime to gst regime gets the provisional registration certificate reg form no. 25.
