I believe there is a provision in Companies Act that allows a powerful shareholder holding 99% shares of Private Limited Company to remove a Director from the Board on operational simplification reasons. Is anyone aware of such provision and request if you can point me to the section of companies act where I can read this. I am trying to find information but unable to find it so far.
