One of the my friends is going to start plastic bag manufacturing unit, he required proprietary Form registration, he got GST registration as a proprietor
1) Is this enough to proprietary Form recignization ?
2) other wise please let me know what is the process to get proprietary Form registration

you have to submit all the legal documents., PAN, license copy, deed etc. consult your nearest tax office

Does your friend mentioned activities as manufacturing of plastic bag with correct HSN code while getting GST registration.

If answer is yes then it is sufficient. If not ask him to update core fields in his PORTAL

Then it is enough. Now as he is a Small scale industry ask him to get udyog aadhar online. He may also pay professional tax if applicable in his state.
