One of the my friends is going to start plastic bag manufacturing unit, he required proprietary Form registration, he got GST registration as a proprietor
1) Is this enough to proprietary Form recignization ?
2) other wise please let me know what is the process to get proprietary Form registration

also take shop act licence
you have to submit all the legal documents., PAN, license copy, deed etc. consult your nearest tax office

Then it is enough. Now as he is a Small scale industry ask him to get udyog aadhar online. He may also pay professional tax if applicable in his state.
