Proof of place of business.
if a person has rental agreement in the name of one business and want to start other business and operate from same rented premises,. how can he register new business partnership firm as the rental agreement is in the name of other business name. Can he provide other proof of business other than rental agreement

For GST registration, the following documents can be provided other than rental agreement,
1. Electricity bill
2. Legal ownership document
3. Municipal Khata Copy
4. Property Tax Receipt
5. Rent receipt with NOC (In case of no/expired agreement)
