Proof of address and specimen noc for form-18

A Pvt. Ltd. wants to shift its registered office within local limit for which the company is required to file Form-18 with ROC with proof of address. But the said company does not have any proof of address for the proposed location. The proposed location is holding under the licence agreement by B Pvt. Ltd with licensor. So, my quarry is what documents are required to show proof of address. If any NOC is required please provide specimen NOC. As per my knowledge, A Pvt. Ltd. has to submit Licence Agreement made with B Pvt. Ltd. And the Licensor and NOC issued by B Pvt. ltd. to A Pvt. Ltd.

Any difference in openion is accepted.

Address proof includes any bill from government authority like elecrticity bill, house tax recipt, mcd receipt or you can also attach registry for that matter.

If that particular property is owned by director then Noc from him

If it is owned by any other person, then agreement so entered.

Should the noc be on a stamp paper or is an ordinary paper ok?

If the property owner is related to the director then is it ok for the NoC to say I am related to the proposed director mr ABC and my relation is XYZ in the second para?
