Address proof includes any bill from government authority like elecrticity bill, house tax recipt, mcd receipt or you can also attach registry for that matter.

If that particular property is owned by director then Noc from him

If it is owned by any other person, then agreement so entered.

Should the noc be  on a stamp paper or is an ordinary paper ok?

If the property owner is related to the director then is it ok for the NoC to say I am related to the proposed director mr ABC and my relation is XYZ in the second para?
