Can anybody share with me the slab rates for professional tax calculations for various states for the the FY 2013-14.

I want it for all the states where Professional Tax is applicable. Thanks for Karnataka. Also can anybody tell me where will i get a consolidated sheet for Professional Tax slab rates for FY 2013-14.
