Can an ACA hold the Certificate of Practice while in service and he/ she is not involved in practice ?

Hi...A chartered accountant can hold COP while he in in full time service under any CA in practice. Otherwise for holding COP and simultaneously part time service under other organisation, CA should require prior permission of Council. However, he is prohibited for holding COP with full time employment under any organisation.
