I want to know how the production and consumption entry will be made in accounts and what will be the treatment for the waste, (material damaged during the process)....???

you may create Bill of Entry or passed thrrouch stock jounal from inventory voucher from tally
waste is no value during production
sale value of wate is traeate as profit if wate is any sale value

Create a statement containing details of materials used
i.e.
1st couloumn - Opening stoock ( + inputs shown separately )
2nd - inwards (production for sales in units)
3rd- sales return
4th - sales
5th - closing stock
Maintain separete stock register for purchases and sales...
