What is procedure to be followed by an Assessee on receipt of Notice U/Sec. 148A?

Firstly, go through the notice and note the matters and contention raised by the IT dept

Then check the same with the ITR filed, if any

and then reply accordingly.

Wait for few days. You will get notice u/s 148.

You can file ITR based on the notice reference number and date
