Procedure of online application of fms license at dgft

Greetings,

My query about how to online apply for FMS License (Focus Market Scheme). We have exported a machine to Malawi (Africa) which included in FMS Scheme. 

So you are requested to provide detailed procedure of obtain this license from DGFT vide online application and list of documents also.
