AN EOU COMPANY WILL EXECUTE AN LEGAL UNDERTAKING / BOND IN SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, THE DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONER OF CONCERENED SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, AND AFTER THEN THE EXPORT FIRM TRANSFER/ IMPORT/ DTA .
