Procedure for transfer of articleship
I have cleared Ipcc in May 2011 and registered for articleship on 15 Sep 2011. Can I take transfer now??? What forms are to be submitted and any permission required to be taken from institute?? When should I get registered with new principal and which forms are to be submitted forit? If my current principal is not allowing for transfer whom can I contact?

as you are in first year of articleship u can take transfer with out explaining any reason to ICAI,
only thing u have to do is get FORM109 signed by ur principal,,,post it to icai so as to reach with in 30days from date of termination
and follow same prosedure as u have done before,for re-registering with another employer

Suppose If I get my current articleship terminated on 21July then date of joining new principal should be 22Jul?????
no thats not necessary.. but make sure that you register asap.. within 1 month 15 days
