Hello,

I have a few queries as regards to taking transfer and subsequent re registration of articleship training. I would be very thankful if my following queries could be solved:

1) I am taking transfer within first year of my articlehip training. So, do I need to attach any document along with Form 109 or the form would suffice the requirements?

2) Do i need to attach certain documents along with Form 102 & 103?

3) Since, I am about to commence my articleship training in some other state (from my current place of training), Is there a problem if I submit the forms where I am about to commence my training?

4) What is the maximum period I get to submit all these forms?

Dear Siddharth,

You do't have to attach any documents except duly filled Form No. 109 signed by your principal because you're taking transfer during the first year of articleship.

No you don't have to attach any documents with Form 102 & 103.

There won't be any problem.

You've to submit these forms within 30 days or ( Last date of registration of articleship less actual date of registration for the first time) wchiever is less, i.e. if you'd done your articleship registration in 1st March and last date is 30th April then you get 60 days surplus but whichever is less restricsts it to 30 days. If you have only 20 days surplus then you've to register with new principal within 20 days.
