hey, you have to follow the same procedure (like submit form 103) which you follow when you get registered with your 1 principal.
If u delay this procedure your articleship get extend, Like if u get tranfer on march 20 i.e before 1 year so you have to get regisetered at the earliest & if possible then get registered with other principal from 21 march so ur training does nt get extend.
Simply fill form 109 with that no documents need to be attached.
But when you join new firm then resubmit 102&111. But just wait for 10-15 days and use this time for searching suitable new firm so that you can start A'ship back to back after trf.or give call to me at 9033228919 for any clarif, i have recently taken trf

I have registered as an article assitant in a firm dated 6/3/2012. I have now requested for termination and my principal is not willing to terminate me. Is there anything i can do to get terminated . Help me friends. Thanks.
hai friends i cleared my bothgroups of ipcc in nov 2011 attempt.i sent form 103 dated 24/04/2012 but later on after 1 month i decided to transfer with the mutual consent of me and my principal and joined at another firm.the problem is my earlier registration is not yet finished and haven't received my reg number.now what should i do?

just check the status of ur regn online under ur first principal and continue with the transfer facility,if any no need to wait 4 the regn letter.
hi i also wanna know is it ok to get only 109 sign and submitt to icai only .....................but my ca is theating me it will affect my career very badly,,,,,,,,,,,is it true can than happean,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,will any good firm take a terminated articles .....................................plz advice
NO , it will not affect your career in any way ahatsoever....so go away with what your heart says ....
