Procedure for practical training exemption (icwai)

I am working in MNC, my profile is basically cost analysis for past 2 years, i was previously into someother dept for 3 years ( total 5 years exp ), what i need to get from HR now ? Please assist me to claim exemption.

i have worked as paidup for 3 years after completing my ca artricleship in an organisation having more than 5cr turnover .can i get exemption ?i want to appear in june 2018 cwa final what will be the last date of submitting my experience

I have given my Inter CMA Exam in Jan'21, now I have to go for Practical Training for 6 months but I have already worked in TCS for 1 year as Financial Analyst in 2016-2017. So, my question is will I be eligible for the exemption? and If yes then what documents do I need? Because at the site they have mention to provide a scanned document of Turnover of the company with the seal but How will I provide it now?
