Procedure for opening a branch office of a pvt. ltd. company

Please read Point 2 of my original post as follows "2. Do i need to take a new TAN with branch address"

No there is no need to inform the ROC. Further, TAN has already been  issued in Company name at registered office. U need not apply for new TAN.

We are opening a new branch office within City limit, kindly advise on following:

1. Do we need to File any forms with ROC/MCA ?

2. Do we need to to Add Branch address for Service tax and if yes How?

3. How to add branch office in Import Export Code license?

Just pass a Board Resolution for opening of a new Branch. Nothing to inform to the ROC.

I have stared a trading company that have offices in many states.

I have registered the same under MCA with restered office of Delhi.

Is there is any requirement under MCA to disclose branch offices also?

whenever we file any form with ROC just like how we login to Income tax by putting user id and password the same waya is there any procedure like that or what ? ?

It is not so complicated process but rather you can do is give a board resolution for the opening of a new Branch. Thus you will be able to opening a branch office of a pvt. ltd. company. https://www.kuchvi.in/company-registration/
