Procedure for appling of transfer of articleship in 3rd year
please help me...
i am in the 3rd year of articleship and my employer torcher is too much so i want to take tranfer so plz..give me advice for how to applie for transfer of articleship in ICAI.
plz....help.....

Hi Suhani
If your principal tortures, you can always complain to ICAI. Its a misconduct on principal part and action would be taken against them.
Third year transfer can be obtained on medical grounds.
