I had sent articleship completion form 108 twice to SIRC of ICAI. And I have xerox copy which I sent second time.
My problem is I received letter from ICAI that articles clerk signature omitted and need to send once again form. But I signed in two place and kept one xerox copy with me.
Now I don't know what to do because form was correctly filled which I sent. Now nothing will be different in that form.
Please help me at the erliear. I have only 12 days now.
I cant assure you but it may work out as i faced similar issue at the time of my articleship registration. Send a scanned copy of your form at nrofinal @ icai.in

Also visit your nearest regional centre and ask them. probably might as send the letter that you received and the copy of the form that you have explaining them that it was complete in all respects.
