I had submited my form no. 108 for completion of training, in which i had showed 189 leaves. Can anyone tell me what is the maximum permissable leaves and if my leaves are excess then allowed, then what i should do know ?

Leave is calculated as follows
No of working days 365x3.5 years=1278
less : leave taken 189
1089
1/6 of 1089=182 restricted to 180 days
So you have 9 day excess leave which the institue will inform you and you will have to file extension for 9 days in the prescribed form
i started my articleship training with my former employer on 30th Aug 2007 and served a period of 14 months 20 days with total 67 leaves and 4 excess leaves and took transfer on 18th nov 2008
i got registered under my subsequent employer on 18 th dec 2008 for a balance period of 21 months 10 days and my articleship would get over by 3rd Oct 2010
i had taken leaves of 220 days due to some health reasons during my articleship period and now i have served the period of excess leaves taken by me upto 5thmarch 2011
wat forms i need to file as now i have worked the excess leaves also
i havent file neither form 107 or 108 yet
wat should i do?
