Problem in GSTR4

Not able to submit the returns.
It is showing as" under processing".

May be due to Site problems, we are getting this error.

Dear members, you may also face the same problem while submitting GSTR4 returns.

As per Notification 26/2018 CT , 13/06/2108

Nahi jaruri hai Upto June 18,
sirf koi RCM inward supply per hai woh Deni hai , B2b ki purchase nahi deni

There is no need to show purchase invoice in GSTR 4.. only reverse charge invoice is to be showed in 4b

unregistered person ke purchase kiya hai, Kya hame tax lagega URP se purchase karne per bhi, outward me hum 1 percent to pay kar tahe hai. ab inward from URP pe bhi dena padega Kya?
