Mails sent by e-sahayata are noormally not come in inbox. tthey are come in spam folder. so please check your spam folder. If you does not get any reply from icai then you can reopen your query and icai will response within 24 hours

i am also facing same problem
i had also posted 3 query since 7 days
i have checked..there r no any mail in my spam also of esahayata
i think due to election stafssss r busy..
