problem in articleship

Ofcourse u can take credit of an extra hours u have worked, but it is only the matter of mutual understanding between u & ur boss.even  i had also work for 60 hours in a week from 10.00am to 8.30 pm but my boss is very crude I have already completed my articleship in June 2010 but as i have taken leave for 2 month excess for study purpose he is telling me to work till 30th sept & after declaration of result as i had not cleared my group 2 papers, I said him that i will not be able to continue from 1st sept as i have to concentrate on my study. he is not ready & saying that u have to come for september also.

So U should talk to ur boss, dont be affraid. Happy Independence Day

thanks madm but the problem is my sir was asking the exact provision and we have to show that provision in the proper books or institutes guidelines........   soo....
