Problem faced while registering as a gst practitioner.

I have been trying to register myself as a GST Practitioner on the gst.gov.in portal. But on the very first page, I am unable to upload the required document for 'Qualified Degree', I have tried numerous times but it is always showing an error: "error encountered while uploading document." Even though the file I am trying to upload is as per the specification provided on the portal viz less than 100kb, jpeg or pdf format, etc. I have updated my java software and also tried using different browser. But still the problem persist. Can anyone assist me in resolving this new issue?

Contact gst customer care and send them the screenshot of error

Thanks all for responding. The problem seemed to have been in gst.gov.in's website. When I tried today, I was able to attach the document. Moreover, its tough to get response from GST Customer care. I had sent an email yesterday afternoon, for which I received an automated response from system today morning that is after 16 hours and once I tried to call at the customer care, it consumed 25 mins and at the last moment, my call was disconnected. The infrastructure for GST really needs great improvement.
