Problem during e-filing ITR online

Today i was trying to fill online ITR but why it is asking for .JSON file attachment, I have been filing online ITR from last 5 years but never before directly ask for .JSON file. is the website updating now ?

Secondly, I do not want to go through with .JSON file download and then upload process, i want simple process as it was before. is it possible ?
